Amber graduated from the Guildford School of Acting and has worked professionally in theatre, television and commercials.
Television includes lead roles in EastEnders, Holby City, Doctors, Heartbeat, London’s Burning and The Sins.
Theatre work includes Mavis in “Stepping Out’, Jacqueline in "Don't Dress for Dinner" and Judy in "A Night in Provence" (all for the Mill at Sonning), Belinda in Daisy Pulls it Off (Lyric, West End), Célimène in The Misanthrope (Bury Theatre Royal & National Tour) Aina in ‘Sisters Brothers’ (The Gate), ‘Original Spin’ (New End Hampstead), ‘Truth Talks’ (Southwark Playhouse), ‘Beside the Sea’ and ‘Outside Edge’ (The Mill at Sonning), Sybil Vane in “The Picture of Dorian Gray” (Baron’s Court), “Tis Pity She’s a Whore” (Wimbledon Studio), “Cancer” (White Bear) and Jane Austen as part of The Henley Literary Festival at the Kenton Theatre. She was honoured to take part in Bury Theatre Royal Restoration Gala, playing Cecily in The Importance of Being Ernest alongside Dame Judi Dench, Sir Ian McKellen, Timothy West and Prunella Scales.
Films include Summer Rain (Jonathan Glendenning), The Treehouse (Angelic Films), Forgiveness (Milhouse Films), Vivian (Olivia Cottenden) I Found God (NFTS) and Max Clapper (Electric Cinema).
Amber works regularly on commercials and voice overs for brands such as Citroen, Villa Plus, Currys PC World, V-Zug both on television and radio.
When resting, Amber runs her own local drama classes called Sparky's Drama, where her pupils learn theatre and screen acting skills. She is a LAMDA tutor, with an excellent track record of successful results for all her pupils.
Amber is mum to two children, and lives with her French husband in Berkshire. Amber speaks French and as an ex dancer, loves to get her tap shoes on and practise her riffs, timesteps and Maxi Fords! She regularly reads children's stories and sings at her local theatre. This year, Amber has written a collection of stories for Preschoolers which are awaiting publication.
